چکیده
Abstract:
Background: The neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) has been proposed as an infammatory biomarker. Tujuan penelitian adalah menilai hubungan antara NLR dan D-dimer pada pasien Covid-19 dengan diabetes.
Method: This is a retrospective descriptive and analytical study carried out at NLR, blood rutin D-dimer, FPG, PPG levels of COVID-19 patients with comorbid in H. Adam Malik Medan, Indonesia, from May 19, 2020, Juny 08, 2021. data were collected by cheek list, using electronic medical records. included age, gender, history, comorbidity diabetics, ward ICU admission. All these cases have confirmed the laboratory Real-Time Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RTPCR).
Results: There 163 diabetes consisting FPG 241.65±122.23 mg/dl, 286.01±123.92 HbA1c 9.49±2.41%. significant correlation between NRL hemoglobin, white cells, platelets, neutrophils, D-dimers (all, p<0.001*).
Conclusion: Diabetes commonest patients, others inflammatory assessment reliable parameters for assessing evaluating prognosis well accurate practical coagulation parameter predicting mortality.

Background: The present study aimed to compare the complete blood count (CBC) indices between COVID-19 patients and the control group, and assess the relationship of these indices with COVID-19 prognosis given the role of complete blood counts in the COVID-19 prognosis. Methods: COVID-19 patients (confirmed by PCR or CT-Scan) who visited Imam Hospital in Sari were selected in this case-control...

Introduction: The Covid-19 virus affects the hemostasis system in infected people by causing thrombosis and it increases the level of D_dimer. This study was designed and conducted for the evaluation of correlation between D-dimer levels with disease severity in patients with Covid-19 referred to Hamedan Besat hospital. Methods and Materials: 366 patients with Covid-19 referred to Besat Hospit...

INTRODUCTION Association of vitamin D, inflammation and endothelial dysfunction, beside the classic bone metabolism disorders, may explain the pathogenesis of numerous diseases associated with vitamin D deficiency. While large numbers of reports support the relationship of vitamin D with inflammation, several reports fail to confirm this relationship. Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and pl...
